NEW UPS SHIPPING RATES IN EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY !

UPS raises its rates at the beginning of each calendar year. 2017 is no different. There are significant increases in price for any size order, even for one kit. All I am trying to do is break even with shipping, unfortunately having to pass price increases off to my customers.

New shipping rates are as follows:

SHIPPING CHARGES:

One 1/24 scale or smaller car kit:

$9 to $13, based on your location distance from Buffalo, NY

A second kit will add $2-3 to your order, again based on your location

A third kit will add another $2-3 to the order.

Additional kits will be quoted when you finalize an order, but will likely also be on the range of $2-3 each.

Truck and trailer kits in 1/25 scale start at $11 for the first kit. Additional kits will be quoted when you order.

Postal rates will remain the same for the February list. The post office usually announces price increases during the spring

HOW TO PAY:

-First time customers must pay via money order or Paypal.

After the first order you may use a personal check

-Add 5% for Paypal orders

MAKE ORDER PAYMENTS TO: FRED STERNS

-Payments must be in US Funds.

EXPLANATION OF KIT ABBREVIATIONS

F/S factory sealed kit. Kit box is in original shrink wrap from factory.

S/I kit box is opened but parts are still in original plastic bags from factory

O/C kit box is opened, inner plastic bags are gone, but kit is complete

Slightly Started-kit is less than 20 percent built but appears complete

Half built-kit is 50% built but appears complete

Mostly built-kit is 75% or more built but appears complete

WANT LISTS

These are accepted and placed on file for one year.

You must include your name and phone number, plus the kit manufacturer, year,

make and model of vehicle, and whether you prefer an unbuilt, started or built kit.
