MODEL KIT BAROMETER

October 2000      Vol 1 No.2

Past Issues: August 2000      Vol 1 No.1

Welcome to the Second edition of my model kit barometer. This is a guide to a selected group of current model kit values as I see them.  I will be picking certain kits which have had upward or downard movement in values recently, as well as those which may soon be affected or already are in transition.  The pricing represents my opinion on values and is obviously not the final word.  The statement that a model kit’s value is what the market will hold or what someone is willing to pay is a crock of bull instigated by those selling kits at exorbitant prices and an excuse by those willing to pay them.  Be educated about your model kit purchases.  Ask your friends or check around with different dealers on prices for obsolete kits.  Don’t let your hard earned money go to waste!!
